There are ten guest bedrooms, beautifully furnished to a high standard to include en-suite shower and W.C. facilities, flat screen TV (with DVD player), hairdryer, hospitality tray and wi-fi.
Our rooms are all individual in character – varying in shape, size and layout – and many of our returning guests have ‘their’ rooms which they book from one year to the next. We offer singles, twins, doubles and one family room. Long stay discounts are offered for reservations of 2 nights or more booked. Call to enquire.
Pets are welcome in certain rooms, but not all, as we must guarantee some rooms are totally pet free for the comfort of other guests who may suffer from allergies. It’s essential that you pre-book your pets to avoid disappointment.
As in all public places in Scotland smoking is not permitted anywhere within the hotel, including guest bedrooms, and all our rooms are fitted with smoke detectors. Please ask staff where the external designated smoking areas are located.
If you are planning to celebrate something special while you stay with us, we can provide extras such as flowers, chocolates or another surprise gift. Just give us a call and we will be more than happy to assist in making your stay with us that extra bit special.

Our family room consists of a double and single bed, and can also accommodate a travel cot (which we can provide). This room may also be used as a double or twin room, and includes en-suite shower and W.C. facilities, flat screen TV (with DVD player), hairdryer, hospitality tray and wi-fi.
Other facilities such as an iron/ironing board, shoe polishing kit, book swap library and board games are available on request – just ask at reception. We also have story books, colouring books and games for children.
