Check in is from 4.00pm – 8.00pm.
Later check-in up until 10.00 pm is possible by prior arrangement and this should be agreed with the hotel.
Check out is from 7.30am – 10.00am.
Early departures before breakfast time may have a breakfast to go bag in place of breakfast.
We request that all guests settle their accounts on the evening before departure, to ensure a smooth and speedy check out in the morning.

Deposit/Security
A Credit or Debit Card is required to secure all reservations.
Payment Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed by credit/debit card. Payment will be taken from this in the event of a no show or late cancellation (see cancellation policy) otherwise payment when here at the hotel is preferred.
Cancellation Policy
You must notify Lairg Highland Hotel 7 days prior to arrival in writing of the cancellation of your reservation. Failure to notify the Lairg Highland Hotel of the cancellation within 7 Days of the reservation will result in you being charged the sum equivalent of the first nights’ stay.
Group Bookings
Multiple rooms booked (3+) will incur a deposit of £20.00 per person per night booked.
Group Cancellation Policy
You must notify Lairg Highland Hotel in writing 10 days prior to arrival date of the full cancellation of your reservation. Failure to notify Lairg Highland Hotel of the cancellation within 10 Days of the reservation will result in you being charged the sum equivalent of the first nights’ stay. Cancellations made within the cancellation period of 10 days or more will be refunded 50% of their deposit.
Partial cancellation
i.e. If one or two rooms are cancelled within the 10 day cancellation period prior to arrival the full deposit will be applied to the remainder of the booking. Failure to cancel within the 10 day period will result in a lost deposit.
Refund Policy
A 50% refund will only be given after Lairg Highland Hotel has been notified within the 10 day cancellation period in writing and the reservation is not in conjunction with any other offer at the time of booking.
